Long term rental available at discounted rates. (Pre pay 3 months or longer at a time).

 

There is no penalty if you return your monthly rental early, but, if you rent weekly or monthly then decide to return early (and want a refund) you are charged the daily/weekly rate. Refunds are 100% at our discretion. Our minimum rental is 1 day. Our rental day is 24 hours. Rent on Monday at 5pm and your are due back at 5pm Tuesday=1 day.

LATE FEE is 100 baht per hour starting at your due back time unless arrangements are made BEFORE your due back time.

As a courtesy we normally send a reminder on your due date with the time due and a reminder to fill the fuel tank back up.

If your bike is due and you do not have the courtesy to message/contact us and let us know you want to keep the bike the late fee starts at you due time. If you do not contact us within 24 hours you forfeit your deposit. We are all grown ups here and you know your return time before you leave our shop. Don’t like this policy? Make sure you communicate your intentions BEFORE your due time.

Deposit Policy:

Easy and simple ….. you get 2 helmets and a full tank of gas at time of rental. Bring the bike back in same condition with 2 helmets and a completely full tank of gas on time and we return your FULL deposit.

We require a 2000 baht deposit or 60 US/Euro or  500 RMB or you can choose to leave a passport as security. Your choice. We realize you may not want to carry Thai baht back  home and will use approximate TT exchange rates if you would like to leave your security deposit in your home currency( INR and Ruble excluded ).

Miscellaneous Fees:

Gas tank not completely full 300 baht.

Bring it back completely full and you get your full deposit back. Less than completely full 300 baht fee. “Almost full” =300b. “Just a little bit”=300b.  If you make the choice to bring the bike not full it is 100% no problem at all, but the charge is 300b for one of our staff to stop what they are doing and go get fuel for you. You are paying for the time and inconvenience the girls are saving you. We tell you about the charge when you rent and when we send a reminder on your due date. Think 300b is too much? Bring the bike back full. We always offer you the option of going to get fuel at the nearby station.  UP2U.

  • Lost helmet 250 baht.
  • Lost key 2500 baht
  • Lost keyless remote 2500b.
  • Impound fee 2000 baht if we have to retrieve the bike from impound.

Excessive damage to the bike=repair shop price. We have a shop that does great work for cheap. Whatever they quote is the fee. All of our bikes come with standard govt insurance that covers damage to people. If you wreck the bike you are welcome to fix it before returning it or let our shop do it. If the police say the accident is NOT your fault and the other party is liable, payment must made before you return the bike. If you are renting monthly and decide to continue renting you can get it fixed whenever you like, or not, as long as you are renting. You are responsible for rental charges while the bike is out of service.

We welcome and encourage you to take photos/video of your bike and any marks/damage prior to leaving our shop. We understand this is a rental bike and it can get scratched just parking at Big C. We don’t worry about that. What we charge for are missing pieces, broken plastic, and road rash from laying a bike down (unless there is obvious abuse to our bikes).

****PLEASE NOTE*****You are welcome to take your bike out of Pattaya City UP TO 75KM from our shop and NO MORE, however, if you choose to take your bike out of Pattaya City and have a mechanical issue it is YOUR responsibility to get the bike to a shop near you for repairs. We will gladly try to find a shop, translate with the locals to find a shop, speak with the shop person and pay for mechanical repairs, BUT, it is up to the renter to get the bike to a shop. We do not provide service outside Pattaya City. We will not bring a replacement bike outside Pattaya City. If the bike can not be repaired locally it is YOUR responsibility to get the bike to our shop for repair.  We strive to keep our bikes well maintained and in good condition. It is a mechanical item and sometimes things break that are 100% beyond our control. If this happens, and you made the choice to take the bike outside Pattaya City, it is your responsibility to get to a local shop or return it to our shop. *****
